Our clinic is situated at 96/1 Bn Road in Uttarpara. It is a very straightforward place for anyone looking for us. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Bn Road is a familiar street for most people living in Uttarpara, and we’ve been at this spot for a good while. The building is just a regular one, much like the others on this block. Inside, we have a small area where people can sit while they wait for their turn. We deal with diabetes and high blood pressure every single day. It’s mostly just checking numbers and talking to people about how they feel. We don't use a lot of medical jargon because it just confuses things for everyone. Most of our patients are folks from the surrounding streets who we see at the market or walking their kids to school. The floors are plain, and the lights are a bit bright, but it gets the job done.
