You can find Dream Fly Tours Travels at Gupta Market in Dankuni. We are right by the Apartment Housing Bus Stop, so there are always people moving around outside. The office is small and tucked into the market area. We deal with travel plans, mostly for people living in the Dankuni apartments or nearby. We book tickets for buses, trains, and sometimes flights if someone is going far. It's a lot of checking schedules on the screen and talking on the phone to different operators. The market is always loud, and we can hear the buses pulling up and leaving all day. We have a couple of chairs for customers to sit while we look up their routes. It’s not a very fancy place. We have some old brochures on a rack, but most people just come in and tell us where they want to go. We write things down on slips of paper and give them the details. Sometimes it’s a family going on vacation and other times it’s just someone needing a one-way ticket to the city. We keep the place open until late because that’s when most people come back from work. It’s a busy life, always looking at maps and calendars, but it keeps us going. We just try to get the bookings right. It’s a small operation but we know the routes well. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood.
