Chandan Kumar Seth Modern Atta Chaki Llp

Our mill is tucked away in Sripur Bazar, right in the Balagarh area. It is a simple place where we grind grain into atta every day. You can see the dust from the wheat floating in the light coming through the door. It is not a quiet job because the machines make a lot of noise while they are running. We have been here for some time and the local people know us. They bring their grain or just buy what we have already bagged up. The floor is always a bit white from the flour, no matter how much we sweep it. We do not have a big office or anything like that. There is just the area for the machines and the space where we stack the heavy sacks. It is honest work and it gets your clothes dirty by the end of the shift. We open the doors early in the morning when the village is just waking up. Sripur is a nice place to work even if it gets very hot in the summer months. We try to keep the equipment running well so nobody has to wait too long for their flour. It is a basic setup with just a few of us handling the bags and the customers. We do not try to make it look like something it isn't. It is just a flour mill serving the people around here.
