Our engineering office is located in Sahagunj, within the Hooghly district of West Bengal. Specifically, we’re at Swayambhu Paul Keota Shibtala. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city noise, which actually helps when you’re trying to focus on technical drawings and engineering plans. The building is pretty modest, and we’ve been here for several years. We do a lot of service work related to engineering, which means we spend a lot of time on calculations and project management. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us at our desks or talking over a blueprint. The Sahagunj area has its own pace, and we’ve fit into it quite well. Our neighbors are mostly local families and other small businesses. We don’t really do any big marketing campaigns; people usually find us because they need something specific engineered or repaired. The work can be demanding, and sometimes we’re here late trying to finish up a design. We don’t mind it much because it’s what we know how to do. We just take things one project at a time and try to be as practical as possible about everything. It’s a quiet, steady life here in Hooghly, and we’re just happy to keep the wheels turning for our clients and the company. We just do our bit every single day.
