Bengal Egg & Feed Private Limited

We are located over at Brindabanpur in the Arambagh part of Hooghly. Our business, Bengal Egg & Feed, runs from Nirapada Haldar’s place. It’s a pretty specific spot in Manashatala. We deal with both the eggs and the feed that the birds need. It is a lot of back and forth between the suppliers and the local farms. Feed can be heavy and messy, and eggs are obviously fragile, so you have to be careful with how you handle things. We aren't a big corporation. Most of the time it is just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the feed is stored in a dry place. The weather can be a bit of a pain sometimes, especially during the monsoon when everything gets damp. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits around for too long. People come by to pick up what they need for their own small setups. It is a very local kind of business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or big ads. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us around here. West Bengal has a lot of poultry work going on, so we just try to be a part of that. It’s just a regular day of work for us. We handle the crates and the bags and get ready for the next day.
