Shibanka Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Begampur Dokantala. Our place is really easy to find because we are right near the Moktab Primary School. You can often hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing during the day, which gives the whole area a lively feel. Begampur is the kind of place where everyone knows where everything is, and Dokantala is a central part of that. We aren't in a big industrial park or a fancy office building. Instead, we are tucked into the local neighborhood where the pace is a bit different than the big cities. Most of our day is spent handling textiles and talking to the people who come by. The building we are in is simple and practical, built for work rather than for show. We have shelves lined with different materials and the floors are usually covered in a bit of lint or thread by the end of the day. It is an honest sort of mess that comes from being busy. When the school lets out in the afternoon, the street gets crowded for a bit with parents and bicycles, and then it settles back down into the usual quiet of the evening. We like being near Moktab Primary School; it makes the workday feel a bit more connected to the community around us. It is a humble setup here at Shibanka Textiles, but it is where we do the work every single day without much fuss.
