Baidyabati is where we've set up Debonair Fashions Pvt. Ltd., specifically at 2 S. C. M. Road. We’ve been at this location for a long time now. The road outside can get very noisy with all the trucks and cars, but we don't really mind it anymore. Our building isn't brand new, but it works well for what we do. We have enough room for all our sewing machines and a bit of space to store the finished items. We aren't a big corporation with many different managers. It's a very simple setup where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We spend our days working on different fashion items. It’s not always easy work and there is a lot of dust and thread everywhere. We don't have a fancy breakroom or anything like that. We just have a small corner where we sit down to have our tea and talk about what's happening in the town. We aren't trying to be the most modern or high-tech shop. We just use the machines we have and make sure they stay in good working order. We’ve seen many other businesses come and go over the years, but we are still here on S. C. M. Road. We take pride in just showing up and doing the work as well as we can. No big speeches or fancy words are needed. Just hard work and a lot of patience. That’s how we’ve always run things here in Baidyabati.
