We operate out of Nabab Bagan in Chinsuran, specifically at Molay Majumder’s place. Chinsuran has a lot of history, and our little corner in Nabab Bagan is quite peaceful. The house is surrounded by some old trees, so it stays relatively cool even in the summer heat. We use the front part of the house for our office work. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for a few desks and a place for people to sit when they visit. Molay is often here, making sure things are running okay. We don't have any big signs outside, just a small nameplate near the gate. Most of our day is spent talking to locals or writing reports on the old computer we have. The floor is made of red cement, which is common for houses around here. We have a small radio that we play sometimes in the background, mostly for the news or some music. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, not like those high-pressure offices you see in the city. We take our time with our work and make sure everything is done correctly. If you walk down the lane, you’ll see kids playing and neighbors talking over their fences. It’s a good community to be a part of. We like the fact that we are integrated into the neighborhood rather than being hidden away in a business park.
