Navi Hayat Infracon is situated in Bordoloi Colony, specifically in Ward No-19 of Hojai. It is a decent area and we have been here for a while now. Hojai is a busy town and being in Nagaon district means there is always some kind of construction or road work happening. Our office is a simple place where we manage our infracon projects. We have a few desks and a lot of maps and site drawings laying around everywhere. The staff here are all locals who know the streets and the people. We do not spend much on decorations or fancy furniture because we would rather spend that on better tools for the field. The work we do is practical. It involves a lot of digging, moving earth, and making sure foundations are solid. We often have to work late when a deadline is coming up or when we are trying to beat the rain. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We see a lot of the same faces every day in the colony, and we like it that way. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that gets things done in our corner of Assam. Usually, you can find us at the office or out at one of the sites in Nagaon, just doing the daily grind. We like the community here and try to help out when we can.
