Hojai Cold Storage Llp

Hojai Cold Storage LLP is based out in Krishan Nagar, which is in the Hojai area of Nagaon district. We have a big facility here because cold storage takes up a lot of room. It is quite a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we get a lot of trucks coming in and out. Most of the time we are busy monitoring the temperatures and making sure the machinery is running like it should. If the cooling stops, we have a big problem on our hands, so someone is always watching. It can be quite cold inside, obviously, so we are always wearing jackets even when it is hot outside in Assam. We deal with a lot of local farmers who need a place to keep their produce from spoiling. It is an important job even if it isn't very glamorous. The building is made of thick concrete and has heavy doors that stay shut most of the day. We don't have a lot of visitors unless they are dropping off or picking up goods. Our paperwork is handled in a small office near the front gate. We just try to keep the electric bills under control and make sure the farmers are happy with how their stuff is being kept. It is a very practical way to make a living and we take it one day at a time.
