Sonu Crane Service

Sonu Crane Service is located right on National Highway 2, along the Kosi Road in Hodal. We are positioned near Gorotha Chowk, which is a good spot because we are right where the action is on the highway. We spend our days waiting for calls from people who have broken down or need something heavy moved. Our yard is basically just a big open space where we keep the cranes and a few recovery vehicles. It’s a dusty place because of all the trucks passing by on the NH2, but we’re used to it. The work is unpredictable. Some days we are sitting around drinking tea, and other days we are out all night on a recovery job. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a small room with a phone and some basic tools. Our team is small, mostly just a few drivers and mechanics who know how to handle the heavy stuff. We’ve seen all sorts of things on this road over the years. We don't do much in the way of advertising; the cranes parked by the road are our only sign. When someone is in a jam near Hodal, they usually know to look for us. We just focus on getting the job done safely and getting the road cleared. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but it’s what we do.
