We are located at House Number 1003 in Mahavir Colony, right here in Hisar, Haryana. It’s a straightforward location in a neighborhood where people actually know their neighbors. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some computers, some phones, and a few chairs for when people drop by to ask about their service. Working in Hisar means dealing with some pretty extreme weather, from the baking heat to the cold winters, but we’re used to it. The office is a place where we just get things done. We don't have any fancy signs or big marketing displays. Most of our work involves checking lines and making sure everyone is connected. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a small routine going where we start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be fixed first. There is always something to do, whether it is paperwork or a technical glitch. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the phones work. It’s a local feel because we are local people. We might not have the most polished office in the state, but we know our jobs and we do them every day without complaining much. It’s just us, working out of a house in the colony, keeping things moving.
