We are over here at Shop No 8 in Anand Niketan, right on the first floor. If you know Raipur Road, you know it gets pretty busy during the day with all the traffic and people moving about. Nexus Elite Buildinfra Llp has been based in this spot for a bit now. It’s a decent workspace, though the stairs can be a bit much when you’re carrying files or samples up from the ground level. We spend most of our mornings just getting things organized and looking at plans before the sun gets too high. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the actual work done. You can see the road from our window, which helps us keep an eye on when deliveries are arriving. Sometimes the noise from Raipur Road makes it hard to hear, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of us here have been in the building trade for a while, so we don't really go for the big corporate talk. We just handle what comes through the door. It’s practical, mostly desks and some old chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. Being in Anand Niketan puts us right where we need to be to reach the sites. It’s not a shiny showroom, just our base where we figure out the logistics for the next build. We usually have the tea guy come by around eleven, and that's when we catch up on the day’s tasks. It's a simple life.
