This Mody Institute of Technology and Science setup is located out near Hisar in Haryana. Specifically, you’ll find us on the Delhi Hisar Road at Vpomayyar. It’s a bit of a specific address, tied in with the Power Grid Corporation area. Being a Deemed University means there's always a lot of academic talk and paperwork floating around the office. The space isn't anything too crazy, just a lot of shelves and places for students or staff to check in when they need something. Out here in Mayyar, the landscape is pretty wide open. The road gets a lot of trucks and travelers moving between Delhi and Hisar, so there is a constant hum of engines. We spend our days managing the various needs of the institute. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure schedules are kept and people are where they need to be. It’s not always easy, especially when things get busy at the start of a term. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and the computers are usually running all day long. The air out here feels different than in the middle of a big city, which is nice for a change. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just run the office and handle the administration side of things as best as we can. It’s a lot of quiet work interspersed with busy periods.
