Mehta Properties

Our place is right on Sirsa Road, and being directly opposite the Civil Hospital means it’s a very active spot. There are always people walking by or vehicles pulling over. We’ve been at this location for Mehta Properties for quite some time now. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular shopfront among many others. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a couple of desks where we keep our maps and documents. It gets quite loud with the hospital traffic and the ambulances, but after you’ve worked here for a few months, you barely notice the sirens anymore. We get a lot of walk-ins, mostly people who are in the area anyway and decide to stop by. It’s a simple way of doing business. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because the road gets very dusty. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to fill the silence when no one is around. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of office. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. People find us because of the hospital landmark, and that’s worked out fine for us over the years. We just stay here and do our work as honestly and simply as we can.
