We are set up at N-9/38A-1M, which is in Madhu Kunj, Sant Gopal Nagar. This is in Varanasi, over in Uttar Pradesh, pin 221109. It’s a decent-sized place we call Madhu Kunj. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. Varanasi is a place with a lot of history, but our office is more about the projects we are working on. We do a lot of infrastructure work, so there’s always maps and blueprints lying around the tables. The office isn't overly formal. We wear work clothes and spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits. Sant Gopal Nagar is a good spot for us to be based. It’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We have a team that’s been together for some time, so we know how each other works. It’s not a silent office; there is usually a lot of talking and debating about how to handle the next job. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the engineering and the physical work that needs doing. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We like being in this part of Varanasi. It feels like home to us, and it’s where we get things done. Most days we are just trying to keep everything on schedule and moving forward.
