Maryland Realtech Private Limited is over at H No. 979 in Ward No. 2. We are in the Maryada Marvel building in Uklana Mandi. If you know the Hissar area, you probably know the Mandi gets very busy during certain seasons. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It is a 125113 address and we have been here for a bit. The building itself is okay, nothing too fancy, just a solid place to work. We have a few desks and a water cooler that everyone uses. Most of our day is spent talking to people from the nearby villages or people looking to move into Uklana Mandi. It is a lot of talk about square footage and prices. We do not use any special software or anything; we mostly just use our notebooks and a basic computer. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the people around here and they know us. Sometimes it is dusty because of the Mandi nearby, but that is just part of living in Haryana. We do not have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the paperwork is correct and people get what they are looking for. It is a steady job. We show up early, stay late if we have to, and keep the office running every single day.
