We are based over in Hisar, at 347/18 in Mohalla Dogran. Even though the name mentions Rohtak, this is our spot here in Haryana. It’s a local neighborhood with narrow streets, so you have to be careful when you’re driving a big vehicle through here. We deal with precision screws. Our building isn't very large, but we use every inch of the space we have. There’s usually a pile of boxes near the door ready to be picked up. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat for a minute while we’re working. It’s that kind of place. We start our day around eight and keep going until the light fades. We’ve got some old machines that still work perfectly fine if you know how to handle them. The air in Hisar can get quite dry and dusty, so we’re always cleaning the surfaces. We don’t wear suits or anything; we just wear what’s comfortable for moving hardware around. It’s a family-run feel, even if we’re part of a bigger name. We take care of the local orders and make sure the counts are right before anything goes out the door. It’s just regular life in a small Haryana town, keeping the business going one day at a time. We do what we can to keep the customers happy.
