Finding us is a bit of a trick if you don't know the area well. We are Jindal Stainless Ltd., tucked right behind the Bansiwala Rolling Mill. We’re in Kesari Colony, which is part of Adarsh Nagar in Ajmer. Being in Rajasthan, it gets quite dry and the sun can be really strong in the afternoon. Our spot isn't right on the main road, so it stays a bit quieter than the rest of the neighborhood. You have to look for the turnoff near the mill. Once you see the sign for Jindal Stainless Ltd., you’ll know you’ve made it. The office is simple. We don't have a bunch of decorations or anything. It’s just where we sit and get through the paperwork and the phone calls. Some of the guys have worked here a long time. We know the neighbors at the rolling mill pretty well too. It’s a working-class kind of area. Not much flash. Just a lot of people trying to get their jobs done so they can go home. We like the location because it’s out of the way but still close enough to everything in Ajmer. It feels like a real part of the community here in Kesari Colony. We don't need a big corporate headquarters to do what we do. This space behind the mill works just fine for us every single day. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load without much fuss.
