Jindal Stainless Limited

We’re at 135 MC Colony in Hisar. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood in Haryana, 125 005. Jindal Stainless Limited uses this house as a base of operations for our team. There’s a small garden out front that’s mostly just grass and a few weeds. Inside, we’ve turned the main rooms into an office space. It still feels like a home, which is nice for us. We have our computers set up on what used to be dining tables. There’s no big corporate logo on the wall or anything like that. We just have our work spread out across the desks. The ceiling fans keep the air moving, which we definitely need in the Hisar heat. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails throughout the day. People from the plant might stop by to drop off reports or pick up a signature. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. The kitchen area is where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. It’s a practical way to stay close to things without being in the middle of a noisy factory. We like the pace here. It’s steady and predictable. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks at the mailman, but mostly it’s peaceful. We focus on the stainless steel business without all the extra noise of a city office. The walls are painted a simple cream color that's starting to fade near the windows.
