Ashvani Chevrolet

Ashvani Chevrolet is located out at the Mile Km Stone, right opposite Jindal Marg. We deal with cars here, mainly sitting out by the road where everyone can see the vehicles. It is a bit of a trek for some, being on the highway margin, but it gives us plenty of space. We have the cars lined up and we spend a good part of the morning dusting them off. The road outside, Jindal Marg, can get pretty busy with commuters. We spend our time talking to people about what they need in a vehicle and showing them what we have on the lot. It’s not just about the shiny cars though, there’s a lot of paperwork and checking details that goes on in the back office. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or anything like that. We just tell people what the car does and let them decide. Sometimes it is quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic go by, and other times three families show up at once. We’ve got a small team here and we all do a bit of everything, from answering phones to moving cars around the lot. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We stay out here on the edge of town and just keep the doors open for anyone passing by. That is just how the day goes here.
