We are out in Vpo-Bhaklana, which is in the Hansi tehsil of Hisar district. It’s a village setting, so things are very different from the big city offices. Our place is right there in the middle of the community. Most of the people we work with are our neighbors or folks from nearby villages in Haryana. We don’t have a fancy office building. It’s just a practical space where we can meet and talk about work. Around here, everyone knows Vadehra Builders. We don't need a lot of signs or advertising. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs. People see what we do and then they come talk to us. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another across the district. When we are back in Bhaklana, it’s usually to catch up on some rest or figure out the next steps for a project. The life of a builder in a place like this involves a lot of hard work and long days. We don't have a corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do what needs doing. Some days are spent dealing with the heat and others with the rain, but that’s just life in Hisar. We’re glad to be part of this area and to have our roots here. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work for. We’ve been at this for years and plan to stay right here.
