You’ll find us on the first floor of Dss 114 in the Huda Shopping Complex in Sector 15. It’s a decent enough spot, and the stairs aren't too steep if you’re coming up to see us. We’ve got a small space here where we handle all sorts of travel requests. It’s mostly just us sitting behind desks with phones that don't stop ringing. The walls have a few maps and some old posters of places far away. People from the neighborhood stop in to ask about passport forms or how to get a visa for their kids. We don't use any complicated systems, just our computers and a few notebooks where we jot things down. Being in a Huda market means there’s always something happening outside, people shopping or grabbing a bite. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once to plan a trip. We just pull up an extra chair and try to sort through the paperwork. We aren't part of some massive chain with uniforms and scripted lines. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. It’s a straightforward way of working. We open the doors in the morning, check the emails, and see what needs doing. It’s a steady pace most days, unless it’s the holiday season.
