Sahil Chemical Industries

You’ll find Sahil Chemical Industries out on Kaimri Road, about five kilometers past the main stone. We are in Amardeep Colony, quite close to the Hanuman Mandir. It’s a bit of a drive out from the center of town, but it’s better for the kind of work we do with chemicals and large containers. The air is a bit clearer out here, though the road can be a bit bumpy if it’s rained recently. We have a decent sized yard where the drums are kept. The building itself is mostly storage and a small area for the clerical stuff we have to do. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now. Most of the people working here are from the local colony, so we are more like neighbors than just coworkers. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the orders are filled correctly and the safety rules are followed. It’s serious work, handling chemicals, so we don't mess around when we are on the floor. At lunchtime, you can usually find some of us sitting near the front gate chatting for a bit. It’s a steady pace most days. We know the regulars who come by to pick up supplies, and they know where to find us. It’s a simple, honest business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families.
