Raheja Hospital

Raheja Hospital is located right at Matka Chowk. Being at Matka Chowk means we are in a very central part of the area, and everyone knows where that is. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We’ve been here for a good while, serving whoever walks through the door. It’s a general hospital, so we don't just focus on one specific thing. We have different wards and a few doctors who have their offices here. The atmosphere is pretty straightforward. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles or expensive lobby art. It’s just a place for medical care. Sometimes the noise from the chowk can be heard inside, but you get used to it after a while. The staff is mostly local people who live nearby. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the hospital has stayed pretty much the same. We don't do a lot of advertising because most people just know us from being at the chowk. If someone is sick or hurt, they just come over. We try to keep things simple and honest. It’s a lot of work keeping a hospital running, but we have a good rhythm going. We aren't trying to be anything other than a reliable hospital for the people around Matka Chowk. It’s just a practical place for practical needs, and we like it that way.
