We are based over at 3, Industrial Development Colony. It’s an older part of the industrial area, so the roads are a bit bumpy and full of potholes. Our main thing is working with foils and light metals. The machines are pretty big and they run most of the day, making a constant humming sound. It gets quite hot in the facility, especially during the summer months when the metal is being processed. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time, so we know each other well. We don't have a fancy lobby or any reception area. You just walk in past the loading dock and find the small office on the left side. There’s always a smell of oil and metal in the air, but you get used to it after a week. We spend a lot of time checking the thickness and the rolls to make sure nothing is coming out wrong. It’s a lot of standing on your feet on the concrete floor. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice. The paperwork is mostly handled by one person in the back who tries to keep everything straight in the folders. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. People usually come to us because they know we’ve been here at this same address for years. We just try to get the rolls packed and out the door on time.
