Prem Ayurved Clinic

Prem Ayurved Clinic is right by the New Bus Stand near Mohar Singh Hospital on Hisar Road. It’s a noisy spot with the buses coming and going all the time, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. People stop in because they’re passing through or they live around Hisar Road. We spend our mornings grinding herbs and setting up the oils. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place where we do things the way they’ve been done for a long time. The dust from the road gets in if we leave the door open too wide, so we’re always wiping down the counters. We see a lot of people with stiff joints or just feeling run down from work. There isn't much sitting around here. If we aren't seeing someone, we’re cleaning bottles or sorting through the latest shipment of roots and leaves. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait on the benches outside, especially when the weather is nice. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine well. Most of the people who come in are locals who know us by name, which makes the days go by faster. We just try to get the mixing right and make sure everyone feels a bit better when they head back out to the bus stand to catch their ride home. We have been here for years and the routine keeps us grounded.
