Prajini Foundation

Prajini Foundation is over at House No. 1269 in Sector-13, Hisar. We have been here in this part of Haryana for a good bit now. It is a regular house that we converted into our workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, which we actually prefer over those glass offices you see in the bigger cities. We spend our time working on local projects. There is always something to do, whether it’s answering the door or filing some documents. We don't have a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you're making tea, the next you're talking about a new initiative. It keeps things interesting. Hisar is a place where people know each other, and we like that. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who comes by. We aren't into big speeches or fancy goals. We just look at what's in front of us and try to handle it. Some days are better than others, but we don't complain. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice when we need to think. We are just a bunch of locals trying to make a small difference in our own way. It’s simple, honest work and we are happy to be doing it here. We don't have any grand plans, just the desire to help out our community. We take things as they come and do our best.
