Om Prakash Saraf & Sons Private Limited is over here at 815 Sector-13 in the Urban Estate area. We’ve been around for quite a bit now. It started with Om Prakash and now the sons are mostly running the day-to-day things around the shop. It’s a family business through and through. The building is easy to find if you know the Urban Estate layout. We spend most of our mornings getting the displays ready and checking the inventory. It isn't a massive corporate office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we sit and handle the work. People from around Sector-13 usually stop by when they’re out doing their other errands. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times we have a few people in at once talking about what they need. We keep the registers and the books organized ourselves. The address is 815, so we are right in the mix of things. Usually, someone is always here from early morning until we close up in the evening. We don’t have fancy uniforms or big flashy signs. It’s more about just being there and doing the work that needs to be done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we stayed right here in the same spot. Most of our day is spent looking at different pieces and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
