Our lab is located at 15/38 in Patel Nagar, which is a well-known area here in Hisar. We have been operating out of this Haryana location for some time. The building is simple and we keep it clean because that is important for the kind of work we do at Nalwa Lab Pvt Ltd. People from all over Hisar come by, and sometimes they call us at 09812585400 to ask if we are open or where exactly we are. It is not a very big place, but it serves the purpose. We spend a lot of time looking at samples and writing down results. It can be quiet during the afternoons when the sun is hot, but the mornings are usually busy with people dropping things off. We have a few technicians who have been with us for years. They know the equipment well. We don't really do much advertising; mostly it is just word of mouth from people who live nearby in Patel Nagar. The lab is tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the sign. We like being in this part of town because it is easy for people to reach. Sometimes the tea stall down the street brings us chai while we work. It is a steady routine. We just try to do the testing accurately and keep the records straight without making a big fuss about it.
