Our office is situated over on Hansi Road, right near the jail in the Dev Nagar area. It’s a spot most people in town know how to find. We are based out of Ram Kumar’s place. It’s a typical local setup where we handle everything for Matribhumi Gaurav Nidhi Limited. There’s no corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep the records. People from around Hansi Road come to us when they want to put some money aside for the future. Since we are a Nidhi, it’s all about the members helping each other out. We see the same faces every week. It’s nice to have that connection with the people who live nearby. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how we’ve always operated. If someone needs a small loan, they come and talk to us, and we see if the numbers work out. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when we have a lot of entries to make in the books. Being near the jail and Dev Nagar means we get a mix of different people every day. We treat everyone the same and try to be as helpful as we can without making things difficult with too many rules. It’s just a small, local office doing what needs to be done for the community’s savings. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just helping the neighbors save.
