We are located right on the Main Road in Barwala, directly opposite the State Bank of India. Having the bank right there makes it easy to tell people where to find us, otherwise, they might drive right past without noticing our front door. It’s a decent-sized spot, though it usually feels smaller because of all the stock we have stored inside. We handle a lot of different things coming in and out, so the front area is often cluttered with crates and boxes waiting to be moved to the back or onto a truck. It’s just a few of us working here most days. We sit at these old wooden desks that have seen better days, dealing with the paperwork that comes with moving goods from place to place. The road outside is always busy with people heading to the market or the bank, so there’s plenty of noise coming in. We usually leave the front door open to get a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in some road dust. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations to show off to anyone. It’s just a place where we get our daily work done. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around to send our emails, which gives us time for another cup of tea from the stall next door. We know most of the people on this stretch of the Main Road by now. It’s a tight-knit spot.
