Lifeline Hospital

We set up Lifeline Hospital in Model town to give people a place to go when they aren't feeling well. It’s a simple building and we don’t put much stock in fancy interiors. The main thing is that the rooms are clean and the doctors are here when they say they will be. Living and working in Model town means we see our neighbors quite a bit. It’s not unusual for someone to stop by just to ask a quick question or get their blood pressure checked. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what needs to be done and we do it. The staff is a small group and we’ve mostly been together for years. We know where everything is kept, which helps when things get busy. Sometimes the waiting room gets a little cramped, but everyone is usually patient. We have a basic pharmacy on site so people don't have to wander off to find their medicine. It’s a regular hospital for a regular neighborhood. We don’t make big promises, we just focus on the patient in front of us. If the lights are on, we are open and ready to help. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things functional and move from one task to the next without much fuss.
