You can find us over at Sector-13 in Hisar, specifically at house 474 near where Captain Db Chakravartty's name is known. Working with Jindal Stainless means you are always surrounded by the sound of metal clanging together. It is a constant rhythm that you eventually stop noticing. Our days are filled with checking on the steel batches and making sure the logistics for the Haryana region stay on track. The office setup is pretty basic, just some desks and old files piled up. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the work is out there on the floor where the heat is. In the winter, the metal is freezing to the touch, and in the summer, it burns if you aren't wearing your gloves properly. Most of us have been in Hisar for years, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. The work isn't always easy, and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing when there are too many orders coming in at once. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the stainless steel gets to the customers without too much of a headache. It's a lot of sweating and manual labor, but it is what we know. We don't use big words to describe it; we just call it a day's work and go home to our families in the evening.
