If you look for us in Hisar, you’ll find us at H.No.259 in Sector-16. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main markets, which is nice for getting work done for Jindal Stainless Ltd. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been in Haryana our whole lives. The office is basically a house that we’ve filled with desks and steel samples. It’s a bit lived-in, honestly. There are marks on the walls from moving furniture and the curtains are a bit faded from the sun. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the local side of the stainless steel business. Sometimes the neighbors pop by to say hello or ask about what we are doing. We mostly spend our time checking orders and making sure the trucks are on the right path. The winters in Hisar are cold, so we usually have a heater humming in the corner and someone is always making another round of tea. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren't. It's a practical office for a practical trade. We just want to get through the pile of work on our desks by the end of the day. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. The Sector-16 streets are mostly quiet, except for the occasional fruit seller. We like it that way. It keeps the distractions down while we're going over the steel inventories.
