We focus on Ayurvedic methods, specifically looking into skin issues like psoriasis. It’s not a big hospital; it’s more of a small space where we can talk to people and look at their cases carefully. The market outside is always full of life, which is a big contrast to the quiet inside our rooms. We have a few wooden benches for people to sit on while they wait. We’ve been at this Railway Road location for quite some time now. The staff here consists of just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don't use a lot of fancy medical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things as they are. The building itself is older, and the windows rattle a bit when the heavy trains go by, but it has character. We keep our records in big binders on the shelves. It’s a very hands-on type of place. We don't have a lot of extra staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning to talking to visitors.
