You can find us out in Dhani Garan, which is part of the Barwala area in Hissar. Pawan Kumar is the person who keeps things running for Jaypee Group here in Haryana. It's a rural spot, quite a distance from the big city noise of Delhi. We like it that way. The pace is a bit different here, but the work is still just as demanding. We don't have a big fancy office building. Most of what we do happens right here in the village or the surrounding areas. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know us by name, which is how we prefer it. We don't use marketing tricks or try to sound like a big corporate machine. We are just local people doing our jobs. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We check on things, handle any issues that come up, and prepare for the next day. It’s simple and honest. We don’t really have any big stories to tell. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon or the heat of summer, but we just push through it. It's a practical life. We aren't looking for praise or anything like that. We just want to get the job done right and go home to our families at the end of the day.
