At 833 8 Sudama Nagar, you’ll find our Indiabulls Securities Ltd office. We are right by Jahaj Pul in Hisar. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We handle all the usual things related to stocks and trading. Most days we are just sitting at our desks, looking at the price movements on our screens. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some computers that have been with us for years and a printer that makes a lot of noise. People from the local area come in to talk about their investments. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate speeches. We just sit down and go through the numbers with them. It gets really dusty and hot in Hisar, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. We drink quite a bit of tea throughout the day to stay alert. The work involves a lot of filling out forms and checking ID documents for new accounts. It can be repetitive, but it’s important to get it right. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished office. We just provide a spot for people to manage their securities. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We’ve been in Sudama Nagar for a while now and we know many of the faces who walk through our door.
