Gurleen & Company

Gurleen & Company is located right on Hissar Road. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of heavy trucks and traffic moving through at all hours. Because we are right on the main path, we get a lot of dust and noise, but it also means we are easy to find. Our setup is pretty basic. We have an office area and some space for the materials we handle. Most of our work involves dealing with people who are passing through or businesses that are located along the highway. We spend a lot of the day on the phone or talking to drivers who have stopped in. It is a lot of coordination, making sure that everything is lined up for the next day's work. The sun can be quite brutal on Hissar Road in the summer, so we have a couple of old fans that run non-stop to keep the air moving. We aren't a corporate firm with a lot of rules; we just do what needs to be done to keep the business running. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the trucks go by, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch because everything is happening at once. It is just the reality of running a company on a major road like this. We keep it simple and just focus on the task at hand.
