Doosh Technosoft is based out of Village Siswal in Mandi Adampur. Our address is 110 Kohli Road. It’s not where you’d expect to find a tech company, but we like it here. It’s away from the noise of the bigger cities, which lets us focus on the software work we do. Siswal is a quiet place, and being in a village means we have a different perspective on things. We don't have a glass-and-steel office. Instead, we work from a building that fits right into the local surroundings. Inside, it’s all modern tech, but once you step outside, you’re back in the village. It’s a bit of a contrast. We started this because we wanted to show that you don't have to move to a big city to do technical work. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy coding and solving problems. Sometimes the power cuts out or the road gets muddy when it rains, but that’s just life in Mandi Adampur. We don't have any corporate slogans or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in and does what needs to be done. It’s an honest way to work. We don't try to sound like a big international corporation. We’re just local folks who happen to be good with technology, working from a corner of Haryana that we call home. We spend our days staring at screens, but we still know the names of all the people walking past our door.
