Doctor Surender Bishnoi

My name is Doctor Surender Bishnoi and my clinic is in Talwanti Badshahpur, which is a part of Hissar. I have been working as a doctor in this area for many years now. The clinic is a very simple space. I do not have a large staff or any fancy machines that make a lot of noise. It is just a room where I can sit down with my patients and listen to what is bothering them. Most of the people who come here are from the village or the surrounding fields. I know a lot of them by their first names because I have been here so long. Hissar can be a dusty place and the roads aren't always great, but this is where I decided to stay. My day usually starts quite early and I stay until the last person has been seen. I do not have a website or a marketing person. Most people just know where I am because their parents or neighbors told them. It is quiet out here and that helps me focus on the work. I try to be very straightforward about health issues. If I can help, I will. If I think they need to go to a bigger hospital in the city, I tell them that too. Staying in one place for a long time builds a lot of trust. It is just a modest clinic for local folks.
