DHAND TRADING AND CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Dhand Trading and Construction is based out of 175 Shiv Colony in Mandi Adampur. Since this is an OPC, it’s mostly a one-man show with a few helping hands here and there when things get really busy. Being in Shiv colony means we are right in the middle of the community, which is how I like it. I spend half my time trading materials and the other half looking at construction sites to see how the work is progressing. Mandi Adampur is the kind of place where your reputation matters more than any glossy brochure you could print. I’ve lived around here and worked in this trade long enough to know that people just want you to be straight with them. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with prices jumping around for steel and cement lately. I try to keep things moving as best as I can from my office here. It’s a simple setup at number 175. I don't use a lot of big words or try to act like I'm running a multinational. It's just local work for local people. Sometimes I’m out in the field all day and the office is quiet, but that’s the nature of the job. I deal with the headaches so my clients don't have to. It's just about getting the walls up and making sure the supplies arrive on time. I’ve been doing this for a bit and I plan to keep at it for the long haul.
