Apex Hospital

We are located over at IMA House on ITI Road. It’s a well-known spot for people in this part of town. The building has been here for a while, and so have we. It’s not a huge, sprawling complex, just a regular hospital where we try to keep things moving. The staff usually gets here early to start the rounds. ITI Road can get quite busy with students and commuters, so there is always a bit of noise from the street. Inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. We’d rather just make sure the beds are clean and the medicines are ready. Most of our nurses grew up nearby. We talk to patients like neighbors because, honestly, most of them are. There’s no corporate script here. If someone has a question, we just answer it. Some days the paperwork piles up on the desk, and other days we are running from room to room. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little corner at IMA House stays pretty much the same. We just keep doing our bit. People know they can come here when they aren't feeling right. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the community.
