We are tucked away at Shop No 12 on Street 8 in Jawahar Nagar. Hissar is where we’ve set up shop to help people who want to go overseas. It’s not a large office, but it’s where we do all the heavy lifting with documents and applications. People come in from all over the area asking about visas and colleges in other countries. We spend our time checking passports, filling out forms, and making sure all the details are right. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls to find out the latest rules. The street outside can get a bit noisy, but inside we’re focused on the paperwork. We don't use any big words or promise things we can't do. We just look at the situation and tell people what the next step is. Sometimes it’s just a matter of getting a specific document from the bank or a school. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, but that’s just how it works with international travel. Most of the folks who come here are just trying to find a better opportunity for themselves. We understand that, so we try to be as helpful as we can without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s just us here in the shop, doing the daily work. We’ve got some old chairs for people to wait in and a desk that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. We’re usually here until late evening.
