We are up on the 2nd Floor of the Silver Centre Mall, which is at Katla Ramlila. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the main noise of the ground floor shops, which is good when you’re trying to focus on tiny computer parts. Anjni Infotech is basically a place where we handle software and hardware issues. It’s not just computers though; we sometimes look at other gadgets if people bring them in. The mall has a lot of foot traffic, especially during the festival times because of the Ramlila ground nearby. We have a few desks where we keep our soldering irons and testing monitors. Most people come in because their system is hanging or they need some specific software installed. We don't use a lot of fancy words to explain things; we just tell you if the motherboard is fried or if it just needs a good cleaning. It can get a bit cramped in here when we have five or six towers lined up for repair, but we manage. We’ve been at Silver Centre Mall for some time now and we know the other shop owners around us. It’s a nice community. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms; we just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Most days are just about solving one small problem after another until the mall closes for the night.
