Anand Shankar Chartered Accountant

I have been working out of the Dgm Building for a while now. It is located on Old Court Road over in Sirsa Ho. Most people in town know the spot because it is right near the railway crossing. I am Anand Shankar and this is my chartered accountancy practice. The office is pretty simple and not at all like those fancy places you see in the big cities. We handle a lot of tax papers and general accounting for the local folks here in Sirsa. Haryana can get quite busy, especially near the crossing when the trains are moving through. Sometimes the noise is a bit much but you get used to it after a few years. It is just me and a couple of assistants trying to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. We don't have a specific mission statement or anything like that. We just sit down and get the numbers right for whoever walks through the door. The building itself is easy to find if you are in the 125055 area. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It is a steady life. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. We have been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. If you have some forms that need filing or just need someone to look at your books, this is where we do it. It is just honest work in a regular office.
