Unmesh Hospital And Nethralaya

We are located in the Parbhani District. This hospital handles general health and also has a Nethralaya for eyes. It’s a busy place because we get people coming in from all over the district, not just the local town area. Some people travel quite a distance to get here. The building is a decent size and we have specialized areas for eye checkups. It’s usually quite loud with people talking and children running around the halls. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. It’s a working hospital, so we focus on the medical stuff. The staff stays busy with the patients from early morning until we close. We see a lot of elderly people who have trouble with their vision. It keeps us busy. The climate here can be quite hot, so we try to keep the indoor areas as comfortable as possible for the people waiting. We aren't a big city hospital with millions of machines, but we have what’s necessary for our work. It’s a local operation and we’ve been part of this district for a long time. We just take things one patient at a time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The days go by fast when there are so many people to see. We just keep the doors open and do our job. It is a long day.
