Tecticon India Infra and Developers Private Limited is based out of Hingoli Road. We are at Plot Number 4, which is quite close to Dr. Doifode Hospital. It’s a recognizable spot for anyone living around here. We work on various infrastructure and development projects in the local area. It’s mostly just a group of us who know the building trade well. We didn't start this to become some massive corporation. We just wanted to handle local jobs and do them right. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the surrounding plots. Most of our day is spent either on the phone with suppliers or driving out to see how the work is progressing on the ground. Hingoli Road can get busy, but it's a good place for us to be located. We aren't interested in flashy advertising. If someone needs a developer, they usually hear about us from a friend or see our signs at a construction site. It's a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes the projects take longer than we’d like because of materials or labor issues, but we always stay on top of it.
