We started Shrirokadeshwar Trading Producer Company Limited right here in Lakhtq village, tucked away in the Aundha area of Hingoli. Our base is at House Number 14, which is basically where everything happens. It isn’t some big corporate setup with receptionists and shiny floors. It is just a practical place where we handle the trading work for the producers in our community. Most mornings, the neighbors pass by while we are just opening up. The dust from the road comes in a bit, and we spend a good chunk of time just keeping things tidy. We deal with the local crops and whatever needs moving. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking the papers we keep in the metal cupboards. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. My brother handles some of the logistics while I look at the numbers. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing out there. We just want to keep the business running smooth for the people around here. It gets noisy when the trucks are nearby, but that is part of the job. Being in Hingoli means we understand how things work on the ground. We don’t use any fancy systems, just honest work every day. It’s quiet in the evenings when we finally lock up. It’s a long day, but we like being our own bosses.
