Shreya Paving Blockmaker Privatelimited

Down on Wanzola Road, right near the Maratha Winebar in Kanergaon, is where we set up Shreya Paving Blockmaker Privatelimited. We occupy plots 77 and 78 at Gate 54. It’s a dusty part of Hingoli, but it works well for making paving blocks. Our days are mostly about mixing cement and sand and pressing them into different shapes. The machines make a lot of noise, but we’re used to it by now. We got into this because there wasn't much paving being done around here. Often, you’ll see us out there checking the batches to make sure the color is right or that they aren't cracking while they dry in the sun. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, one of the guys will just come out of the shed if they see someone at the gate. The road outside can get a bit rough, especially after a heavy rain, which makes getting the delivery trucks in and out a bit of a challenge. We mostly serve the surrounding villages and some of the newer developments nearby. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. We have a small crew that has been with us for a while. We don't really do anything fancy, just make the blocks and stack them up. If someone needs a few hundred for a driveway or a path, they just drop by and we talk it over. Sometimes we sit on the finished blocks to take a break and talk about the next order. It’s a simple setup, but it gets the job done.
